Following up on results once tests are done is of utmost importance.

The onus is on the patient to contact the surgery on 0669152346 or by filling in the form below to follow up two weeks after the tests have been carried out.

Results of tests ordered by consultants do not routinely come back to the surgery. You will have set up a review appointment for this.
